The most hotly-anticipated film of the year is set for release this Valentine’s weekend, and expectation has reached fever-pitch. Yes, erotic-thriller Fifty Shades of Grey will finally be unleashed on the general public.

Based on E.L. James’ novel of the same name, the film tells the story of timid literature student Anastasia Steele and her passionate love affair with enigmatic entrepreneur, Christian Grey.

Since it was first published in 2011, the Fifty Shades novel has sold more than 100 million copies worldwide and crept into the number eight spot of the top-ten selling books of all time; and the film adaptation looks set to bring the raunchy, risqué story to millions more.

The phenomenal success of the book and film has given rise to a number of Fifty Shades-inspired clothing collections, which allow men to channel their inner Mr. Grey. Think clean crisp shirts, sharp tailored suits and luxurious leather shoes which reflect Grey’s powerful personality. In fact, so wide-reaching is the Fifty Shades effect, that a renowned British tailor has created a 200 piece suit collection, solely inspired by the Christian Grey character.
